How-to Export E-mails From Outlook
To export your mailbox to a .pst file, please follow these steps in the Outlook desktop app:
- Open Outlook and sign in with your account.
- Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Select Export to a file > Next.
- Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next.
- Select the mailbox or folders to export.
- Choose a destination for the .pst file and complete the export.
